Production of ТМ «Rosi» is made in three modern specialized enterprises, which are certified in ISO 9001.

Our keys to success are ecologically clean primary products and multistage control of fabrication.

We are purchasing primary products in Volyns’ka, Rivnens’ka, L’vivska, Ternopil’ska and Khmelnyt’ska regions, and controlling quality of milk and observing of hygiene regulations. We pay attention to observance of technological and sanitary-hygienic norms during production process. The last stage of quality control is independent tasting commission, which gives objective score of all products.

Such arrangements guarantee that all milk products are made from best raw products, observing hygienic and technological norms, according to composition and state standard.

Rozhyschenskiy cheese plant

Rozhyschenskiy cheese plant was based in 1973. It was modernized and reorganized several times, and in 2004 it, one of the first in Ukraine was certified in ISO 9001.

For today cheese plant is powerful producer of milk products, with more than 620 workers are involved and more than 300 tons of milk per day are converted. Here hard and soft cheeses butter, dry whey, and technical casein are made.

We produce not only traditional kinds of cheeses, but also new – from 2005 new line have been launched making dietary cheese with low fat content called “Fitness light”.

Rava-Russkiy butter plant

Rava-Russkiy butter plant was set up in 1982. The plant was significantly renovated and equipped.

Our cheese maker produces such kids of cheeses as «Kostromskiy», «Poshekhonskiy», «L’vivskiy», «Mozarella». Had given the preferences of consumers, a new production line making smoked cheeses as “Suluguni”, “Kasachok”, “Chechill”, “Kosychka”, “Palochky” and “Baton” has been started here.

Ostrozhskiy milk plant

The oldest plant was based in 1939, in post-war period all products were handmade, for example, butter and Backstein cheese.

In course of time the plant increased, using new technology, today here more than 150 workers are working and more than 25 tons of products per day are produced.

As source of raw materials we are utilising farms and households in ecologically clean regions of Rivnens’ka, Volyns’ka and Ternopils’ka regions. Here such kinds of cheeses as «Estonskiy», «Yaroslavskiy», «Salami», and butter are being made.

The most of our cheeses are made in Rozhyschenskiy cheese plant: it converts more than 300 ton of milk per day. Ostrozhskiy milk plant was founded in 1939. Nowadays Ostrozhskiy milk plant, the same as Rava-Russkii butter plant are up-to-date equipped. All our plants produce high-quality wares, and we offer natural, clean and tasty product.
